Unable to link itelescope account to VPHOT

I had this working 5-months ago, and just returned from a deployment to Afghanistan. All my images are gone in VPHOT, and I am now unable to link my accounts. After loging in I go to the admin section, it asks for a user name, when I enter my username it basically says that there is no such account/user name...?

Any help would be appreciated.
