Correction to Special Notice #134 and new sequence

In AAVSO Special Notice #134 issued November 28, 2008, a typographical error was made in the coordinates and VSX name of the possible bright nova in Car (AUID 000-BJJ-196). The correct coordinates are: RA 11h 13m 54s Dec -16o 14' 00" (2000) The correct VSX name is VSX J111354.0-611400 We apologize for the error and any confusion it may have caused. Regarding the sequence for this object, Mike Simonsen reports that the AAVSO Sequence Team now has a sequence available down to 13.9V.
