A Longterm Study of the Period of V336-Aquilae

Abstract

A study of the Population I Cepheid V336 Aquilae was conducted at the Maria Mitchell Observatory on plates dating from 1925-1982. Computation of the elements shows that the period has been constand to within 8.34 x 10^-7 cycles per year.
