Abstract GRB030323 is a distant (z = 3.371)
Gamma-Ray Burst (GRB) with an optical afterglow. The afterglow was discovered
by AAVSO members and was the first afterglow discovered through the AAVSO
International High Energy Network. This paper describes the discovery and
provides a finding chart and a light curve of the afterglow.
