Seriously, the CCD BVRI program reports errors for the LPVs on
that program, and most CV observers are now reporting errors,
especially if they are produced by their analysis software.
It is easier to report errors for time series than for individual
datapoints, which might be a reason.

There has been no request from HQ to *exclude* errors, just
not enough push to get everyone on the bandwagon.
