Implement project (5 months) > 5. Assess results (1 month) three weeks is proceeded by a futures meeting and the council wants to define the AAVSOs future educational goals at that meeting. I need to prepare a document to present ASAP. (Like, I should be handing it to them next week sometime). What are we, as individuals, doing now? This is our starting point to figure out what is reasonable, and I'm guessing that the things we Can we place some basic goals like: We intend to add X dues paying members per year through our activities We intend to get Y classrooms using var stars in someway every year We hope to partner with [blank orgs] and have already made contact with [names] etc What potential projects do you guys want to see AAVSO pursue that I can give as things we are going to try and chase? Who can you query to find out needs quickly? Who can you contact about possible partnerships? terms of needs analysis? I heard several of you brainstorming great things at last fall's meeting. Things have fallen silent since this committee has formed (probably because we are all busy doing, making, and nurturing great things). What were the projects that you each wanted to see happen and brainstormed in the fall? Cheers, Pamela _______________________________________________
