C event.... and AAVSO is in the student manual as a resource ..... I 
specifically listed deep sky objects and variable stars that are 
available in the AAVSO data base.... I have already presented at two 
Science Olympiad coaches clinics and will be presenting several more 
before national competition next May .... I always send them to AAVSO as 
the ULTIMATE resource for variable stars......... I am attaching the 
rules for the 2007 national compeition.... even though variable stars
