In the words for our collaborator, the first set of FUSE data looks "fantastic!" He extends his thanks to the observers who are diligently observing SS Cyg during this outburst. The second FUSE observations will be carried out today and the third will take place on Friday (11/10.) FUSE is also scheduled to observe SS Cyg on SUnday (11/12) and next Tuesday (11/14.) Close monitoring of this variable is very important in order to keep track of how fast it is fading from outburst so that the FUSE observing details may be adjusted appropriately. Keep up the good work and continue to keep a close eye on SS Cyg! AAVSO Observer AAVSO Observer UT Mag. Initials UT Mag.
