This past January the AAVSO made available the first CD-ROM featuring thousands of standard, preliminary, reversed, CCD, constellation, and finder charts. Now, observers can have all of the AAVSO charts right at their fingertips without having to download them from the website or order paper copies from HQ. The CD was made possible thanks to a Small Research Grant from the American Astronomical Society.

In the coming year we hope to update the CD-ROM to include a number of new and revised charts as well as an expanded collection of CCD charts. We also hope to include some EB and PEP charts.

The CD is free, but we are asking for a small fee to cover postage and handling charges: - $5.00 US or foreign surface mail ($10 foreign airmail) for members/active observers. - $10.00 US or foreign surface mail ($15 foreign airmail) for non-members/observers.
