We are trying to get BSM Argentina running, and are almost there. However, Jaime Garcia installed new drivers for the SBIG camera, and it no longer works. So most likely something went wrong in the installation process (but it could be hardware too, since the system has not been run in quite a while). If there is someone who is familiar with Windows XP, drivers, and SBIG cameras who can look at the system and do any software repairs that might be necessary, that would be great. A rudimentary knowledge of Spanish would be useful, but not essential - the computer is in Argentina and many of the labels and error messages are in Spanish (but pretty easily translated by Google, just tedious). We usually access the computer via TeamViewer, so it would be useful to have that installed too. Thanks!

Jaime says that the problem was a bad USB port on the computer. Problem solved!
However, we've had other low-level problems with AAVSOnet computers, and it would be really good to have a volunteer who is able to step in and solve them. If someone wants to be "on call", let me know. Thanks!
