TCP J00332502-3518565: new transient (12.8 mag) in Sculptor

TCP J00332502-3518565 (UG:)

RA 00h33m25.13s, DEC -35°18'55.7" (J2000.0)
2017 August 5.7854 UT, 13.3 mag; 5.8074, 12.8 (both CCD, unfiltered)
Discoverer: Shigehisa Fujikawa, Kan'onji, Kagawa, Japan

Presumably a dwarf nova (UGWZ?) in outburst (amplitude at least 6 magnitudes).
Spectroscopy and time-resolved photometry are urgently required.

bright CV candidate, matches to USNO B=20.8 and GALEX, V>17.2 on 2017-08-03.19, V=14.7 on 2017-08-05.34, V=12.7 on 2017-08-07.17.
