Uploading a block of 'fainter than' data

I have a text file of a list of ccd observations I want to upload to the AAVSO website. The magnitudes for the target star are all fainter than one of the standard stars. I can see how to upload them individually on the website but this will take me a long time since I have hundreds of them. I tried uploading a text file that had the magnitude <16.0 but at the final check stage before having the website accepting them it lists them as 16.0 and not <16.0 or fainter than 16.0. Is there a way I can upload these as a text file instead of individually?

WebObs upload

Peter,

The file format you can submit is very specific. Be sure you are following the rules closely or WebObs will bark at you. wink

When you get to the WebObs screen that displays your "checked data" you will not see < (less than) signs for faint limit observations. The column named "Faint" will have a '1' in it, if it is a fainter than observation, and a zero if it is a positive observation. It sounds like you may have done everything right, you just didn't know what the user check page was showing you.
