Background/Interesting Fact:
Soon to be Astronomy & Astrophysics research student at Jodrell Bank, The University of Manchester. Third Year BSc Physics Alumni student at the Department of Physics at the University of Warwick. My final year project, entitled "Quasi-periodic pulsations in solar flares", was an investigation into helioseismological processes occurring before, during and after the main flaring event in both the hard and soft X-ray wavelengths. My research interests are mainly focused on X-ray astronomy, compact stellar objects, pulsars and white dwarfs. Telescope of choice: a 90mm (3.5") F/1250 Maksutov-Cassegrain.
