Background/Interesting Fact
I observe variable stars with two scopes:
- For long period stars, a 110mm telescope with CCD. The RMS is about 0.02 with magnitude between 8.00 and 16.0,
- For better precision and short periods in photometry, a 408mm SC scope with Sbig ST7,
The unit is controlled remotely on the site of SIRENE observatory in the south of France.
