Co-author, with Thomas R. Williams, Advancing Variable Star Astronomy: The Centennial History of the American Association of Variable Star Observers (2011).
Former boss was Dorrit Hoffleit at Yale where I helped compile the Bright Star Catalogue (4th ed., 1982) and the Supplement to the Bright Star Catalogue (co-author, 1983.)
