The problem was Amazon's: old hardware ready to retire. Our IT guys backed up the instance and got us restarted. There may be some hic-ups as we re-tune, but our attention is focused on keeping this running as smooth as possible. Thank you for your patience. And keep looking up! The problem was Amazon's: old hardware ready to retire. Our IT guys backed up the instance and got us restarted.
