Just a quick shout out to those AAVSO observers affected by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey. My family is okay. We sustained significant flood damage to our house and both of our cars are toast.
One of the things that is helping me get through all of this is some variable star observing.
Tomorrow, it will help making the cutting of drywall not feel so bad.
I hope you recover from this setback as quickly as possible.
