AAVSO Spectroscopy Workshop

 Deadline to register: Oct. 18

AAVSO's 2nd spectroscopy workshop is being offered in person  this year. Ken Hudson and his committee are planning a robust hands-on spectroscopy program for beginner through experienced spectroscopists. The intermediate through advanced instruction will differ greatly from last year.  The Spectroscopy Party, to take place after Workshop Day 1, will be a fun gathering in a casual atmosphere to meet and chat with other attendees and their guests, and enjoy hors d'oeuvres.

To receive the discounted member prices, please log in prior to adding the product to your cart. If you have already added the product, please go to your cart, remove it, and add the product again or you will be charged full price.

If you are bringing a guest to the Annual Meeting or Spectroscopy Workshop who plans to attend presentations, discussions, meals, and/or coffee breaks, they are required register and pay separately.

Guests not registered for the Meeting or Spectroscopy Workshop may not enter the meeting room or participate in coffee breaks or meals, as all the counts for seats and meal/break food are given to the hotel based on the number of paid meeting participants.

If you are only bringing a guest to the Spec Party please click the red “+” button underneath “Registration Add Ons” to add their banquet registration charge to your cart. Guests will be issued a special guest badge that will admit them to the banquet only.

Because of the global COVID pandemic, this year we are requiring attendees to provide a Proof of Full Vaccination and also sign a Release of Liability form. The form link will be emailed to you when we receive your registration; your proof of vaccination and the form must be returned to us prior to the meeting.
