I was wondering which Legacy program is the most in need and gives the most scientif value?

The LPV Legacy or the CV Legacy program? 

I know that this is a question that hardly can get a right answer but I thought, let's ask wink

Where is it?

Maybe but on the YSO section I can't find a program. A lott of interesting information but no list of stars.
