I am trying to submit a position error for a star in the Landolt Field for GD 64 and keep getting an "list index out of range" error. I have tried using the AUID of the particular star (000-BMM-128) and "GD 64" as the star name in the the report.
Both the chart and the photometry table for F and G scale show 000-BMM-128 at DEC 41:55:56.4. The position appears to be closer to 41:55:51.7.
Looking at the Landolt paper ( The Astronomical Journal, 146:131 (41pp), 2013 November ) and at Simbad, the chart is showing the correct declination.
Simbad does document a large proper motion: 18.144 -213.443 mas/yr
If you are measuring from a plate solved image this would explain the difference.
That the CHET app is faulting with an index error is a problem that needs to be addressed in the coming week.
