While trying to run the COLAB version of EXOTIC (which I have successfully done several times), I get the following error message when I reach the point where I enter the name of the exoplanet:
Cannot find target (TOI-5641.01) in NASA Exoplanet Archive. Please go to https://exoplanetarchive.ipac.caltech.edu to check naming and re-enter the planet's name or type 'candidate' if this is a planet candidate: TOI 5641.01
I have checked the naming in the archive and it is correct-- I've also tried using dashes, not using dashes, using "b" instead of ".01" etc. No variation of the exoplanet name allows EXOTIC to find it, even though I can find it easily there. It is a TESS Object of Interest-- is that why it can't find it? Since it is listed in the archive, the error message that I am getting doesn't make sense-- any ideas?

I'm not sure of the specific reason for the inconsistency, but the table that EXOTIC draws from currently is equivalent to this table:

I'm not seeing that one here - but this is a good way to find the 'right' planet and star name.

Tom, I think EXOTIC will only work for confirmed exoplanets unless you edit the json file with the parameters. Like Dennis said, ask in Slack, because this question comes up sometimes.
