Special Notice #100: EF Eri in Outburst

Rod Stubbings (Tetoora Road, Victoria, Australia) reports that the intermediate polar EF Eri is in outburst for the first time since 2006.  He reports that EF Eri was at a visual magnitude of 14.7 on 2008 March 27.412 UT (JD 2454552.912).  Visual and CCD observations of this object are encouraged, including fainter-than estimates.

EF Eri is at RA = 03:14:13.20 , Dec = -22:35:43.0 (J2000).
