ASASSN-19om: new transient (13.7 mag) in Cygnus - dwarf nova or nova?

ASASSN-19om (UG/N)
RA 19:28:22.337 DEC +55:32:01.02 (J2000.0)

"Bright transient, no Vizier match, most likely a large amplitude CV or a Galactic Nova": https://wis-tns.weizmann.ac.il/object/2019hau

Complete ASAS-SN Sky Patrol (Shappee et al. 2014ApJ...788...48S and Kochanek et al. 2017PASP..129j4502K) data and light curve: https://asas-sn.osu.edu/light_curves/44371790-d12f-4618-9535-14f6df7b9d92

Spectroscopy, precise astrometry (or at least a snapshot), and multiband (and possibly time-resolved) photometry are urgently required.

Clear skies,
Patrick
