AstroImageJ will not populate BJD TDB

The measurement spreadsheet made by AstroImageJ does not have any date for the Barycentric Julian Date/Barycentric Dynamical Time and only has "NaN" in that column.  Also, the DP coordinate converter will not open the link to the USNO website.  Would that has anything to do with it?

There are two ways to have AstroImageJ populate the measurement table with BJD_TDB - see sections 7.2.2 and 7.6 of my "Practical Guide to Exoplanet Observing". Get the latest version at https://astrodennis.com/Guide.pdf. Also make sure you have the latest Daily build of AIJ and you will see that the Update button is greyed out so just make sure that Auto is checked.
