Probably no "outburst". A sudden fading would be worth an alert!

This is probably nothing special, Nikolay. In recent years AAVSO observers reported magnitudes (mostly visual) between 11.6 and 12.4:
https://www.aavso.org/apps/webobs/results/?star=VV%20SER&num_results=200

VV Ser is a UX Ori-type variable:
https://www.aavso.org/vsx/index.php?view=detail.top&oid=34631

When you notice a sudden fading(!) of such a star please report it here.
