Format for FITS header

Can someone point me to where I can find a description of the format for FITS headers in VPHOT? (Couldn't find it in the VPHOT manual.)

I have tried to upload an image taken with my ZWO ASI174MM and processed in AstroArt. I can view and edit the header (see attached) in AstroArt but am having trouble determining what changes are needed.

Hoping to get this resolved before I start the VPHOT course next week.

Look at first line of Upload

Tex:

Your attachment indicates that you tried to upload one of your images and got an error. Did you look at the link on the first line of "upload wizard" to see what headers are required? Does the header noted in the error message exist in your image fits header? Does AstroArt provide all of the required/desired headers?

If your question truly relates to image fits header format rather than its presence or absence, I suggest a Google search on "fits header format".

PS: In the course, you will find that I am a believer in hints and trying rather than quick answers.  ;-)

VPhot fits header question

Hi Tex,
The error message is a mystery as it compains about lack of EXPTIME and that is clearly in the file header. If the image made it on to VPhot, please share to SGEO and let me take a look. Or send a note and I'll give you a google share to send the file.
