Khi Cygni

Hi all

In this cycle Khi Cygni hasn't developed a hump in the ascending branch of the light curve. When was the last time showing this behavior?. I'm seeking in the database but i didn't found.... yet.

With some doubts, maybe in 1996?

Regards.

Hump

I think if you look at every cycle you will find some non-hump periods.

Hi Hubert

Hi Hubert

Then, it's possible that we are seeing the start of the hump in this cycle (the brightest ever!!) now around 5.8

Well... I have doubts about that.

Khi Cygni unusual light curve

Khi Cyg is developing a peculiar light curve.  Seems that now is showing something like a hump... near the maximum!! , as well as the absence of hump in the ascending branch of the light curve and the bright minimum in this cycle.

I agree with Alfredo, I

I agree with Alfredo, I observe this variable a lot during this cycle, tonight my best estimation was +5.2.  Maybe and finaly the hump is on the way, wait and see
