PNV J00432946+4117137: recurrent nova (16.8 mag) in M31?

PNV J00432946+4117137 (NR:)

Half an hour ago a possible nova in M31 was reported as follows:
2017 Dec. 24.6929 UT, RA 00 43 29.46, DEC +41 17 13.7 (J2000.0), 16.8 mag (CCD, unfiltered), discoverer: N.N.

The reported position is only 0.3" from the He/Nn nova M31N 2007-10b (X-ray source CXO J004329.4+411713 = 3XMM J004329.4+411713). Recurrent nova?

The new object is located at RA 00 43 29.46 DEC +41 17 13.7 (equinox 2000.0) Offset 512E 68N. Apparent magnitude about 16.8 R in host Galaxy NGC 224 (M31)."
