Removing Common Sequences From List

This question has probably been asked/answered but I couldn't find it with Search.

When I go to choose a sequence from a dropdown menu, it lists a number of sequences I didn't create.  If I use the Admin screen and view/edit my sequences, it shows these are all "common" sequences.  Examples are "BG CMi x", "com M67", and "deepDiveSeq".

Choosing Delete from the sequence list says I can't delete common sequences.  Is there a way to get rid of these?  They just clutter my screen and I don't think I need them.

Some sequences, such as the M67 ones, are there to help users determine their transform coefficients. I do not believe these "common" sequences can be deleted.
