Dear observers:

Although the identification of the new 13th mag. dwarf nova ASASSN-15sz with NSV 1440 is very likely, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT DATA using the name NSV 1440.
Each object has a different AUID and we need to merge both records before the observations can be sent using any of the two names.

So please, use the name ASASSN-15sz to submit your data.

Best wishes,
Sebastian

NSV 1440 can now be used for reports

Hi all,
now you can safely report your observations using any of this object's names.

The data have been merged and NSV 1440 is now the primary identifier for this bright dwarf nova.

Cheers,
Sebastian
