I am unable to log in to Vphot today (OCT 22 2019) after logging in to the AAVSO website.

I can acess other sections of AAVSO such as my total observations so my log in is correct.

Log-in

Dave and Rich et al:

I was just able to log in (19:42 ET) and open an image. load comps and targets.

Do you still have a problem?

still unable to log in to VPhot

HI Ken:

I still cannot log into VPHot on either my iMac (Mojave) or my Windpws 10 computers.

This has been happening since yesterday  and today I have been trying to  use Vphot to analyze a target  concerning the ongoing Maser study using the BSM_NM telescope. Ltrast try was at 21:28 EDT today (Oct 22, 2019).

I'm having no trouble with accessing other websites.

VPhot login is broken.

VPhot login is broken. There's some kind of cookie problem having to do with settings and user name. I tried logging out and back in to AAVSO, no avail. Windows 7 + Firefox, both up to date.

...me too.    Mac OS 10.9.5,  Firefox 69.0.1

As Eric mentioned, it seems to be some problem with cookies.  See attached screen shot.

Respond if your log-in fixed?

It would be nice if the same individuals who posted above would confirm here that George's fix works. I never had a problem, but others clearly did. I use Chrome on a Win10 machine. I often keep my machine logged in to AAVSO so there was no need to log back in again. IOW, I do not log out of AAVSO site. Did this make a difference? Others should note what OS and browser they use to see if that was an issue? Or was it just the log in cookie step?

Curious that this occurred right after the new update to 4.0.3 yesterday, but who knows??

Thanks, Ken

THANKS GEORGE (SGEO)

Thanks George:

VPhot is working again.

I just tried it  (2:10 PM EDT) and successfully did  some targets via BSM_NM concerning the Maser Project.

It is working on both my iMac(Mojave) amd Widows 10 (Google Chrome).

Thanks again for all of your hard work.
