Enter iTelescope User Name Into VPhot?

How do you enter your iTelescope User Name Into VPhot so images can be transferred? The iTelescope help document:

says it can be done in the VPhot Admin tab, but there is no option related to this there.

As you now know, you just need to send your iTelescope name to George Silvis and Ken Menzies, per a sticky post on VPhot forum.
