Ok,
I just took the plung and bought a SkyAltas 2000.0 (Desk version).
The SA has a scale of 7.2 mm per degree.
Which scale (A-D) would I use to match the scale of VSP with SA?

the closest you can get is to go to the first selection of advanced options and select the maximum field of view - 1200'. That is a very large scale - ok for naked eye location purposes. It won't get a scale large enough to match S.A. 2000
