IMHO, the best way to learn VPhot (and other tools) is to read the guide AND click around on the VPhot links to see what they do and what they ask for.
Dear Ken, you are absolutely right, but regretfully not all my sequences from dropped menu are presented in admin table. Probably, it's a result of my spontaneus and chaotic actions and it's not a serious problem. I do not explore fully logic of VPhot yet, that's why I ask some help sometimes - and a lot of thanks for your kind help!

Look under admin>sequences.
That is where you can delete sequences.
