AAVSO Alert Notice 621 announces an observing campaign on the bright YSO NSV 24045 = HD 163296. Please see the notice for details and observing instructions.

Many thanks, and Good observing!

Elizabeth Waagen, AAVSO HQ

Hello All,

Hello All,

This is Evan, part of the YSO NSV 24045 (HD 163296) observing program. If you have any questions about the program please feel free to ask!

I wanted to let you guys know that the Hubble Space Telescope observations now have firm dates: night of April 14-15 and July 18th. We have scheduled near-IR observations to be as contemporaneous with the HST observations as possible: April 5-6th, and April 15th and 16th. Since changes in brightness is larger than a day, any optical photometry you are willing to provide does not need to be exactly contemporaneous (eg. within a day) with the near-IR and Hubble Space Telescope observations.

Good observing and clear skies!
