It stopped in the middle of an upload around 8am pacific time. Restarted a couple times and it failed after a few frames, then nothing - couldn't connect at all.
It seemed like the main website was down a while too.
I tried accessing Vphot via my Windows 10 and iMac Mojave.
I tried this late yesterday and again today and it won't load.

Also doesn't work for WIN7 and Exploder 11 or Chrome.
Mac OSX and Firefox. ...no VPhot.
