Hi,
When asking for a DSS-chart I get the following :

Please can this be sorted out?

Hi Eddy,
I'm sorry you are not able to create a DSS-background chart in VSP - thank you for letting us know. We get the same error message when we try.
We haven't done anything at our end to change anything related to VSP. The DSS option works most of the time, and when it hasn't worked in the past, it was usually because DSS was down. That may be the situation now. I recommend that you try again later/tomorrow and see what happens. Please let us know what you find. Thanks!
