Hi,
checking my recently submitted observations I've noticed that WebObs displays comments (like "ATIK490EX + ESPRIT 100 2X300S") alongside my observations that were not part of my submission. Other fields seem fine;-) What's the proper forum to post possible bug reports?

Not a bug?

Frank:

Were you using VPhot for analysis? It now reports image's OBSERVAT header info into comments fields. Do you also see the header OBSERVAT name?

Hi Ken,

no, I don't see…

Hi Ken,

no, I don't see the image's OBSERVAT header info in the comment field. The additional info that gets displayed is "ATIK490EX + ESPRIT 100 2X300S" - but I did not check from whatever submission this info comes from. But this seems to be browser-related: with Firefox on Ubuntu (20LTS) the comment field for my submisson includes the additional info, but for the very same submission with Safari on Mac the comment field does not include any info.

Will post two snapshots later today, but I'm a hurry right now ...

Regards,
Frank

Hi, the first shot shows…

Hi, the first shot shows WebObs output from Firefox on Ubuntu:

Image removed.

and the second the info that it I get with Safari on Mac for the very same submission (note the ID):

Image removed.

The content of the Commentsfield display with Safari matches my submission more closely (Comment "na" @ upload).

Frank
