I received the last MyNewsFlash mail four days ago. It seems the service stopped working with the relaunche of the website.
Yesterday I checked the MyNewsFlash settings and found the list empty. Why ever you cleaned all settings with the new website. Then I created a new report but did not receive any email yet. Is the service already working on the new website?
I received the last MyNewsFlash e-mail just after 12:00pm (EST) on 12/21.
None since then.
I logged in to the AAVSO website and verified that I'm still subscribed to them.
There was a similar problem in late 2018 through early 2019 that affected subscribers with AT&T addresses.

When we launched the new website the MyNewsFlash stopped working properly. Right now (12/28/2020) the only subscriptions that appear to work are the daily reports. We are trouble-shooting this problem and hope to have it fixed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience to you and thank you very much for your patience!
What targets do you have MNF subscriptions for? It would be helpful for us to know this as we work on MNF. Is it possible there simply haven't been any observations of them for MNF to report? Right now I have subscriptions for all CVs and all LPVs to test the system, and I am receiving daily summaries.

I selected Mira, Cataclysmic, Extra Galactic. I did not enter values in the "only show..." and "ignore" fields. Observation types are all selected. And I'm using plain text.

Have you checked your MNF subscriptions to see if they are still there? We found that for some subscribers, their specific MNF requests disappeared when we transitioned to the new website. If they are still there, please let me know off-list at firstname.lastname@example.org what they are so we can check to see why you are not receiving them.
