I can't seem to get VS plotter to include the mags of comparison stars?
Is there a problem with it?
Now it's returning this error message:
"AAVSO
Oops! Looks like something went wrong on this page. AAVSO staff has been notified of the problem."
Can you send the chartID that is causing the problem.
Or the target ra/dec and fov?
Need more information to debug.

Hello George,
The charts are loading now(no error message), but none have the comparison mags on them.
I'm sure they were when I used VS plotter a few weeks ago.
I'm new to this so it might be my settings.
I did try the help page but couldn't see how to make mags appear.

SS Cyg was one chart, as I was trying to follow an example in the CCD guide, but I don’t think it’s any particular chart None will display mags for me

What browser are you using? Any different than when it did display correctly?
I use chrome and works fine for me right now.

Hello Ken,
Firefox, which I have always used. I just tried using my iPhone and page loads fine. I’ll try clearing caches, history, cookies etc on laptop. Thanks for the tip. I’ll report back results but away from laptop for a while so probably in a week.

Any suggestions how to get VS Plotter to work in Firefox.
It has done in the past.
Just to refresh it won't display any mags or id comp stars.
