Problems with SunEntry ?

I can't open SunEntry by using of my current AAVSO username and password (whike they works for the website), is there any problem with the data base ?

Problem solved?

Hi Raffaello,

Please try again and let me know if it works. Apparently, our Systems Administrator just did a quick re-boot of the computer which would have affected that and you might have been unlucky enough to hit it at the wrong time. If the problem persists, please let me know.

SunEntry login problem

Hi All,

Apparently, the login authentication was broken last night but it should be fixed now. If you still get the same error, please let me know.
