If any one has filed a request for a sequence in the last two weeks or so and have failed to have a response please either refile the request or forward your original directly to me.
I apologize for the problem in as much as I just discovered that several requests ended up in my spam folder (for reasons unknown); I think I have now fixed this issue and hope this has not created to much inconveniece for anyone.
