I tried to observe this object in 2023 April 28, from 03:50 to 04:08 UT and it was fainter than 11.7 (ASAS magnitude for TYC 450-428-1).
Some moments it seems to bright around magnitude 12.3 but I'm not sure (using ASAS magnitude for GSC 0450-0253)
I used a 90mm f/10 refractor with 10mm eyepiece.

Hi Alex,
it was a flare on a 19th mag. red dwarf so it should be over by now.
Cheers,
