Background/Interesting Fact
CoCoRaHS observer with the National Weather Service, station # LA-CD-12, own and operate/fix everything at the Bayou Astronomical Observatory est. 1978.
Retired from the Quality Field in 2017 after 35 years (ordance, foodservice and oil/gas manufacturing).
Married with two sons (both eagle scouts) and grandkids Ryker and Maggie.
My lovely wife retired from the Education field in 2017.
We are part time RVing. (50%) and enjoying retirement.
We are both active with the BSA, I teach the Weather and Astronomy Merit Badges at GSR scout ranch.
Been doing UBV PEP since 1983 with an 82 year old 10" Tinsley F/15 cass. and loving it, recently upgraded to an SSP5 Photometer (still have the Starlight-1 unit).
