ASASSN-20ni (AT 2020yeq): first photometry results

I am using Slooh Chile observatory, but the weather & pandemic have been the problem. Still, yesterday I received one green and two red filter files and the magnitude looks to have increased. Those are so far reported as TG (10.8) and TR (10.6) as there is not enough time series for transformation.

Swift UV-optical observations

Swift took a UV-optical spectrum Oct 28.55 and 29.75 and 29.95th. The spectrum shows a very significant drop in the UV continuum blueward  of 3700 Angstrom, and evidence of variable absorption features at longer wavelengths.

BVRI measurements uploaded

BVRI measurements uploaded for the last few nights slowly but surely fading, hopefully others can also observe and fillout the curve.

Spectra of ASASSN-20ni

Hi All

I have taken a spectra of this nova last night. R=1500 Mag V= 11.62

I will post it to to the ARAS forum as I can't seem to post images here.
