I ran a query to identify 18 pairs of VSX records having identical ra/dec coordinates. (There is no triple overlap.) A few of these might be duplicates, others mostly due to coordinate precision or lack there of. It looks like the ra/dec of WD J1117-1255 was transcribed incorrectly.

Hi John,
coincidentally, while working in importing the Gaia DR3 catalog to VSX, two days ago Alex Dumitriu sent me a list of 31 duplicate entries with Gaia DR3 variable counterparts so I had already removed most of them, and that included some of the ones you mentioned.
RMH-HMB-121 and RMH-HMB-123 were actually part of a triplicate, since the star was also GDS_J1100241-592655. Not all duplicates have exactly the same position because there are several different coordinate sources, and when the original catalogs were published Gaia DR3 did not exist. Additionaly, most of them publish their own positions corresponding to the epochs of their observations and not to J2000.0.
The pair ASASSN-V J193131.58+110451.0 / ASASSN-V J193131.58+110451.8 had already been addressed too, and ASASSN-V J065727.57-253939.0 / CzeV4264 was in the list.
Thanks for sending this list. The duplicates will be removed.
Best wishes,
Sebastian
