When processing observations for April 30, found the increase brightness AY Lyr magnitude 13.5V.
It's a outburst or a normal state?

This is AY Lyr in outburst. The outburst began on April 20.9, so it looks like a Superoutburst.
Quiescent levels are somewhere between 17.0-18.0V - occasionally a little brighter.

An easy way to answer these questions is to plot the light curve in LCG with an appropriate time span, such as a few years - http://www.aavso.org/lcg/plot?auid=000-BCD-108&starname=AY+LYR&lastdays…
